Edwards Commercial Cleaning has been family owned and operated for over 50 years right here in Alamance County. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service, attention to detail, local connections, and sparkling clean businesses. A huge part of what drives our success is our wonderful employees, including our manager, Leslie.
Leslie came to Edwards Commercial cleaning over five years ago, bringing with her 40 years of management experience. She has worked in everything from restaurant to industrial management and now supervises several locations in Mebane and Burlington for Edwards Commercial Cleaning. On a daily basis you’ll find her doing everything, from delivering supplies, checking contracts, addressing employee concerns and managing customer feedback, to ensure that her employees are doing the best job possible.
When asked about her proudest accomplishments, she says they are by far her sons. Both of her sons Josh and Bradley have also worked for Edwards for over five years as well. Josh is studying to become a firefighter while Bradley is working towards a career in the maintenance fields.

She’s old school just like I am in her work ethic. She has a strong leadership quality that surpasses everyone. I remember the day I hired Leslie she was on the job two days and the supervisor had quit and Leslie had experience in supervision. I told Leslie that I wanted her to take over this building, I want zero complaints and she made it happen. She continues to grow! I just wish that we could have met years and years ago but she’s been with 5 years and it has been the best 5 years!”
